The Finance and Business Operations Division leads and facilitates the fiduciary stewardship of the University. We manage resources and provide extensive support services to foster excellence and enable the campus community to thrive and successfully achieve its mission, vision, and goals.

Business Services provides various services and manages units, including Procurement & Strategic Sourcing, Disbursements & Travel, OneCard Service Center, and Mail & Central Receiving.  The One Card Service Center provides building access, room access, parking access, and off/on-campus retail payments as a debit/cash card.

Facilities Planning and Management (FPM) provides a safe, attractive, functional, and well-maintained campus by maintaining and repairing all of the University's owned and some leased buildings, managing its deferred maintenance, and maintaining the campus grounds.

Human Resources oversees the identification, recruiting, development, and retention of University employees.  The Human Resources unit is also responsible for administering employee compensation plans, development, and benefit programs.

Enterprise Risk Management and Insurance Programs maintain the University's banking relationships, manage the cash pool investments, complete new debt issuance activities, and monitor outstanding debt. The unit also conducts the investment and financial administration activities for the University and Foundation endowment funds and planned gifts.
